Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation: questions on refunds and cancellations should be addressed to

payments@taxmetrica.com.

For self-avail service plans, we either provide the full amount of refund within 15 days or the same may be utilized for other services in exchange in 15 days only.

For assisted/consulting plans, you’ll cancel your payment or request a refund before the expert assigned has commenced working on your case.
