FSSAI the (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). It is a mandatory license before starting any food business (Including trading processing). FSSAI is a 14-digit registration or a license that needs to obtain by all the manufacturers, traders, restaurants at the time of commencement of business. This 14 digits no must be printed on food packages.

FSSAI online registration process in India –

STEP 1 – Consulting, Documentation & Filing

• After receiving the query our expert will call you & asking a query about the type of license needed for business.
  • All self-attested documents will be collected through the mail.
  • Analysis of paperwork.
  • Fassi registration initiated by Form A and Form B to the food and safety departments.

STEP 2 – Continues Follow up and waiting for Approval

• After the expert CS or CA has filed the application to the department, we will resolve any questions to the department related to the application.
  • Time period of the application process is 30 days.

STEP 3 – Delivery Of License

• After the successful approval of the application, the certificate will provide online and offline by address

Eligibility for applying for an FSSAI registration:
Items / Dealers Capacity

Food capacity (Milk & milk products, meat &
meat products are not allowed at the premises) Less than 100 kg/ltr per day
Milk 500 liters per day
Milk solids 2.5 Metric Ton (MT) per annum
Vegetable oil or the process at premises Turnover of up to 100 kg or ltr per day.
Meat processing production at premise More than 100 kgs per day or 30 MT per day.
Slaughtering capacity in the premises Less than 2 large animals or 10 small animals or 50
poultry birds per day
Food units other than the above mentioned at premises 100 ltr/Kg per day
Cold storage at promises Turnover of up to Rs.12 lakhs per annum
Wholesalers:  The yearly total turnover of up to Rs.12 lakhs
Retailers:   The yearly total turnover of up to Rs.12 lakhs
Distributors:   The yearly total turnover of up to Rs.12 lakhs
Suppliers:   The yearly Total turnover of up to Rs.12 lakhs
Dhaba:  owners Rs.12 lakhs turnover per annum
Clubs/Canteen:   Rs.12 lakhs turnover per annum
Hotels/Restaurant:   Rs.12 lakhs turnover per annum
Transporters Rs.12 lakhs turnover per annum
